1.1 Changing Keyboard Language
Pressing Windows Key + Space changes English to Tamil keyboard.

If you have English, Tamil as Keyboard languages, and wants to add Hindi then go to Language is taskbar, click Language Preference. Following windows will be opened to choose Hindi.
2. Cortana is the speech recognition work by Microsoft
Click Cortana and speak for any application to be executed by voice.
3. Background - System Update Consuming Data usage optimization
Go to Settings. From there choose Data Usage, choose always option to limit background data usage.
If this option was "never", then system consumes too much data for Update than Fire Fox usage.
